I have often wondered why more "entities" do not consider using VOLUNTEERS to do some of the jobs that require hiring a new employee. A credible volunteer would bring to the job the same credibility as a "new hire". Certainly, in my case, I am a retired legal assistant who is very qualified in investigation procedures, would be willing to VOLUNTEER my time to investigate the Food Share fraud situation.
