		<description>This shows the continued fleecing of our children by the leaders of the teachers union.  They could have also bridged the budget gap by keeping the best teachers instead of the tenured ones.  The younger ones are paid less yet arguably have the most energy and freshest ideas.  It is backwards to keep the tenured teachers because many of them are part of the problem.   It is time for some new legislation to come out of Madison to help fix this.</description>
